Superb service with ordering the charms and delivering. You are kept up to date as to where your package is and when it will be delivered. Delivery is very prompt. The charms are delightful but to my surprise smaller than the Pandora charms. (Pictures are always deciptive in terms of size) They do fit the Pandora bracelet. I am happy, thank you.
